Apricot Jam


In the orchards of Alba, the apricots are processed within hours of harvest and cooked with the only addition of brown sugar to make the jam as natural as possible always respecting the Piedmontese tradition.

Open air cultivation is a method known since antiquity for the preservation of fruit. After being carefully cleaned and washed, fruits are cooked in a pot with brown sugar and nothing else.

Our Apricot Jam enhances the flavor of the fruit, and the artisan characteristics that only our mothers can match. 100 gr of jam contain 130 gr of juicy fresh apricots.

It is perfect with freshly toasted bread or alpine butter.  Ideal for a rich and healthy breakfast or snack!
