Riesling DOC

Description

Vinification: obtained from a short maceration on the skins, to continue with soft pressing of the grapes and separation from the skins. The must is placed in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°/20° for about 15/20 days, where alcoholic fermentation takes place in a reduced environment. After this period the wine undergoes some travais, and then proceeds to a maturation in steel tanks for about 5 months. Then the product is bottled.

Organoleptic characteristics: Characteristic straw yellow color with greenish reflections. With an intense, complex sense of smell, with floral and very fruity scents, of apple, parry, citrus fruits. With a soft, elegant taste and excellent structure. With a very marked body, good retro olfactory persistence.
